I have experience with transgender issues, including transitioning and the standards of care. I have a strong background in yoga and meditation as well, and draw on principles of Buddhist psychology.
In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for. I maintain a small practice in order to give motivated clients exceptional support in reaching their goals.
For clients looking for additional tools to reach their goals, I also offer hypnotherapy. I have been trained by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and enjoy using this versatile tool for any number of concerns-- from stress and anxiety to pain management, phobias, and habit change. Please see the Hypnotherapy page for more information or reach out to me to discuss.
See the Experiential Workshops page and JourneyDance page for more information on working with me outside the therapy office for experiential and body-centered activities.
