Hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool for facilitating desired change for clients.  By using the brain's natural ability to go in and out of trance (have you lost track of time watching a movie or been on autopilot when driving and missed the exit?), hypnotherapy allows clients the opportunity to use a relaxed, focused awareness to make desired changes in their lives.  

In hypnosis, clients only absorb the suggestions that are helpful to them.  Clients are not asleep or unconscious and can come out of trance at any time they choose.  There is no point at which the client is out of control.  

Hypnotherapy can be helpful for a variety of concerns and conditions including anxiety and phobias, pain management, habit change, stress management, and so much more.  This tool can often help facilitate change more quickly and effectively than expected.
