I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. My focus is on providing you with quality care and great outcomes, not on insurance billing, but I am happy to provide you a special receipt to submit to insurance for reimbursement.  Check with your insurance provider about out of network benefits that might be available to you. Many will reimburse up to 80% of the cost of session. If you have questions about how to communicate with your insurance company about out of network benefits, let me know.

Coaching is outside the scope of mental health care and not reimbursable by insurance.

My fee is $175 per 50-minute session. I see clients weekly.
